Hi! 👋 I'm the Investa Farm Bot. Ask me anything about our farmer partnership, revenue share, how we support farmers, or how to join. 🌾

Not a loan — a real partnership.

Investa Farm doesn't give you a loan to repay. We take full ownership of the production process — providing capital, seeds, inputs, equipment, and hands-on agricultural expertise. You farm with us and earn your share of the revenue at harvest.

How It Works

We own the process. You operate the land.

Investa Farm manages the entire production cycle — from raising investor capital to connecting harvests to verified offtakers. You partner with us and earn your revenue share at harvest.

1

Register Your Farm Group

Register as an individual farmer or farmer group. Complete your KYC — Farm Report, National ID, Land Title, and Group Certificate where applicable.

2

Investa Farm Provides Full Capital

We fund 100% of your production costs — seeds, fertilisers, equipment, labour, and irrigation. No loans, no debt. We invest in your farm together.

3

Hands-On Agricultural Support

Our team provides expert agronomic support throughout the season — field visits, crop monitoring, pest management guidance, and progress reporting to investors.

4

Offtakers Ready at Harvest

We connect your harvest to pre-arranged, verified offtakers — buyers who are committed to purchasing your produce at competitive market prices. No more selling at a loss.

5

Revenue Shared at Harvest

After harvest and sale, revenue is split transparently. You earn 35–55% depending on crop type. Your share is paid directly to your M-Pesa account.

6

Build a Track Record & Grow

With each season, your farming track record grows on our platform. Access larger partnerships, cooperative opportunities, and connect with other farmers.

Farmer Earnings

Revenue share by crop type

Your earnings are based on harvest revenue — not a fixed loan repayment. Higher-value crops attract higher revenue shares.

Crop Type Farmer Revenue Share Season Length Category
Avocado 6–8 months Export Premium
Coffee 6–9 months Export Premium
Macadamia 8–12 months Premium Crop
French Beans (Export) 3–4 months Export Crop
Tea Continuous Stable Income
Tomatoes 3–4 months Balanced Growth
Maize 3–4 months Stable Income
Rice 4–5 months Stable Income

* Revenue share percentages are indicative and confirmed at onboarding based on crop, region, and production scale.
